Nice find @Ron Siegel! Classy from a region that usually goes over the top...Penedes. Had this after a Red Bordeaux to refresh.

One of my favorite Spanish Chards! So complex with Burgundian notes.

The 11 vintage is not as complex as the 08 which I have had on many visits to this restaurant.

Our house wine at the Columbia. Great example of Chardonnay grown in Spain. Very Burgundian in style.

Wow, my favorite wine at the Columbia. They finally got a new shipment in with the 11 vintage after waiting over a year when they ran out of the 98. So Burgundian like and has to be one of the greatest QPR's of white wine that I have ever had. Citrus, pear, very floral, acacia flower, mineral, nice acid showing good verve and spine.
