Mar 29th, 2020I like the earth and spice balance. Very underrated value here is high. Flavors are layered and intense. As this sits in the glass it's getting better and better. Had this with BBQ meatballs and Spanish rice and quartered fingerling potatoes covered in cheese and fresh bacon bits.... yikes people

Jun 17th, 2017Dark brooding current aromas, blueberry jam. Strong alcohol, and black, dried raisons deep attack finish is leathery current. Probably needs a few years, but it's a fantastic red meat wine is is succulent with this Jamon Serrano Gran Reserva!
