Dry and fruity up front with a finish I'd describe as..."blame the tannins, but, don't forget me."

Definitely a younger tempranillo than ones I've had recently, as the oak aging is barely evident in the nose with just a little vanilla. The nose is mostly juicy fruits and pepper while the palate has a little tannin and acidity, but the finish drops off super quick. I'd say this is a decent quaffable wine but not one to impress at a dinner.

I like the earth and spice balance. Very underrated value here is high. Flavors are layered and intense. As this sits in the glass it's getting better and better. Had this with BBQ meatballs and Spanish rice and quartered fingerling potatoes covered in cheese and fresh bacon bits.... yikes people

Dark brooding current aromas, blueberry jam. Strong alcohol, and black, dried raisons deep attack finish is leathery current. Probably needs a few years, but it's a fantastic red meat wine is is succulent with this Jamon Serrano Gran Reserva!
