Plums and coffee flavors dominate this Cabernet Sauvignon with a bit of an acidic bite, easily abated with a little decanting.

Just getting around to drinking this 2017. Thought I might see (or taste) some signs of age but I’m believe I am drinking it at an ideal time. One of the nicer central coast wines I’ve tasted - has complexity and a nice finish.

Outstanding cab for the price ($20). Deep plum and dark fruit on the nose, with an underlying sweetness and wet earth. Viscous and balanced on the palate, with a welcome touch of acidity. Alcohol high at 15.6%, but that's a quibble. Great small production recommendation from The Main Course in Canton, MA.
