Nice toast noise and very clean finish. Lots of dry fruit with wonderful noise. A real quality champagne experience.

One of my favorite grower bubbles. Opens with candy on the nose, lots of crisp citrus but this delicate toasty finish. This is only going to get so much better! 09’ vintage

Taking on some vinegar notes I associate with much older wines. Better with some air: mainly poached apple; not as much yeast or minerality as I recall from the last bottle. Not unenjoyable, but unbalanced.
