A vibrant straw color, the '11 Michel Gassier Costières de Nîmes 'Nostre Pais Blanc' White Rhone showed really pure aromas or minerals, honeysuckle and pineapple. A dry rich mouthfeel of honey and floral notes was predominate before yieldingly to a nice juicy finish. Matched well with the bacon and cheese quiche appetizers.
