Why Gahier doesn't get more love, I just don't get it. The wines are lovely, elegant but clearly Jura. This is the non-topped up one. If wine could be chicken soup, this would be it.

Very cider like - citrus & yeast. Nice with cheese by the firepit! And then after with shrimp & grits 😊

Way too funky, with a sharply acetic finish that detracts from the lemony breadiness. Not the gorgeousness I was expecting from Gahier!
