This is a medium bodied Washington Merlot, very pleasantly fruity, with bright blueberry and cherry flavors. While quite good as a cocktail wine, it went surprisingly well with Cantonese style Salmon.

Smooth integration of oak. Well balanced, finishing with mocha, bitter chocolate, and nutmeg. The nose climbs out on notes of cassis, leather, wet rocks, and perfume. You really don’t have to think and contemplate life on this one.
