Lively, revitalizing, characterful blend of Malvasia Aromatica, Moscatos Spinas and Chardonnay (50/40/10). Separately vinified cold, skin contact 6hrs, kept on lees 2 months.
Soft yellow gold with emerald glitters.
Muscat-like first nose (perfumed, tea rose, peony, nattaran). Shows further pineapple, nectarine, passionfruit and lemongrass.
Sapid and rounded medium-plus bodied palate. Vibrant acidity. Pronounced white grapefruit dominant, supported by pippin apple, quince, pear, white currant.
Carambola, quince and piercing white grapefruit acidity on lengthy finish.
Was fine with grilled swordfish.
