This wine is clearly a product of the very warm 2012 vintage. Extremely ripe with smoky red fruit nose, sweet red fruit attack leading into some spice in the mid-palate. No vegetal aromas or flavors, forward without being overly fruity.

2013 vintage. Low tannins, smoky apple with soft finish. Sad that we didn’t purchase more of these to age.
