While I always expect a Sauvignon Blanc to be light this one was almost too light. I didn't get much flavor at all and no nose. It definitely had alcohol in it as I could taste and feel it but it had no real flavor profile which was disappointing to me from MDW.

Enjoyed with a variety of sushi. Met well with white and brown rice, quoina, and raw and spicy proteins.
