The blend is now over 90% Syrah with a bit of Marselan and Carignan. Made by the talented Kobi Arviv of Recanati as a garage project. This is very young and almost bursting at the seams with fruit, but very classy upper Galilee Syrah fruit with some violet tones to the peppery, meaty ones. Not in the least sweet. Another remarkable aspect is the amazingly soft tannins. Together this forms a wine you just can't resist, though it's certainly can age.
