Heavy mushroom, earth and fruit forward on the nose. Nice dark color. Black cherry, hint of pepper and reminds me a bit of cherry coke on the taste. Slightly acidic but not offputting, long finish. Glad I picked this one up!

Drinking great but may be past its prime. Not much life left for 2007 vintage.

Surprisingly good find. The 2007 was a great choice here. First time to try Merry Edwards so looking forward to their other wines.
