Jan 13th, 2014Blend of Garnacha (45%), Cariñena/Samsó (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) and Syrah (5%). Fermented and aged for 8 months in stainless steel (no oak at all). Beautiful nose with aromas of red fruit, floral and balsamic notes, minerals (slate). Juicy, fruit-driven. Quite powerful, but great balance. Best Priorat I’ve had in this price range.
