Rich, evolved and positive mature, yet still brooding and powerful flavors, including tar, violet flowers and rich, dark fruits, spicy oak and enough acidity to create overall balance. Vivid considering its age.

Very interesting wine! Very dry but yet fruity with black cherry and blackberry flavors.

Second bottle, second funky charmer. Could probably be held a few more years but I don't see the enjoyment factor rising any. Smells like an older Medoc wine. Great value and weirdness.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but it certainly wasn't all this delicious funk! Almost Médoc like. Shined next to smoked brisket. 85% Refosco 15% Mavrodaphne

I must say this Greek red is turning me to try as many Greek wines as possible. Utterly beautiful and elegant, layers of fruit and spice. Pretty much perfection.
