All around Tempranillo with tannins that aren't overly moderate to the fruity plum notes smooth over the light earthiness. Dry yet not too acidic...a nice firm taste that pairs well with roasted Meats to fruity desserts. Both savory to sweet...It is an All Around Tempranillo!
