1000 cases made, bought at winery. Medium purple red. Matchstick, raspberry and tutti frutti initially, later cherry jam and wood notes in nose. In mouth initially, cranberry and raspberry with length, tart, minimal tannins. Later, some cassis and blackberry in mouth, spicy finish with some light tongue coating astringency. Definitely differs from Willamette Valley pinots.

Interesting. Red lollipop with a lot of tannin. I like it, but unusual for an Umpqua Valley Pinot noir. 🍷👍

Bland and unremarkable...I was hoping for much more.
