2014 Vintage. 14.9% Alcohol. This is the Milange Syrah from Santa Barbara County made for Frank Melis of Golden Gate Wine Cellars in San Francisco by Paul Lato. Small production, not on Delectable so added here. A wonderful bottle with amazing violet, licorice, iron oxide perfume of a nose. Dark fruits on the palate and long finish. Loved it!

2015 Vintage. 14% Alcohol. Made by Paul Lato for Frank Melis at Golden Gate Wine Cellars. This is a blend of 30% each Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and 5% each Malbec and Petit Verdot sourced from two well-known Napa Valley vineyards in Oakville and Atlas Peak. The wine was aged for 18 months in high quality Troncais French oak barrels. Needs a 1-2 hour decant to get some air into this monster but we didn’t have time so rating based on our pop and pour with higher rating likely if aged/decanted. Good value for a Napa 2015. Very limited production.
