paar Pinot Blanc Auxerrois

This is the Paar 50% pinot blanc and 50% auxerrois. @Delectable Wine the back label is on my previous upload. A bit on the bigger palate side. Tasty.

I’m a red drinker, but this is a white that appeals to me — full fruit, tiny bit of sweetness with just the right amount of acid for balance, medium long finish.

Undoubtedly Alsacean from the first whiff- crisp mineral, limestone, wild white and yellow flowers and citrus pith flowing out of the glass even when it's well chilled.
Soft Rounded texture AND perfectly balanced acid.
