Dry. Flavors of baked black cherry, vanilla, potpourri, floral, grape jam. Smooth, moderate tannins. Soft acidity. Like drinking potpourri. More intense on the palate.

This is a very flavorful Cab! Fruit forward, rich and robust. Deep and smooth finish. Flavors of blackberry, plum and cherry.
