Wow. This is what a concrete egg ought to do.... So good

So interesting. Slightly wild, but the sweet herbal red fruits are so damn tasty. Really impressed.

Medium-light bodied red blend wine from Burgenland. Cherries, raspberries, slate -- and roasted butternut squash and caramel on the finish. Great minerality.

Лошадь, гудрон, лак, цветы, вишневый джем, вишневая косточка, клубника, черноплодка, стебли травы, мята. Объемный нос, часть животного тона улетучивается с аэрацией. Среднее тело с хорошей концентрацией, упругой кислотностью и ещё моложавыми, подсушивающими танинами. Спело и насыщенно, с определенным весом в подаче, при этом свежо и сочно, с прозрачным ядром, подвижной динамикой и без тяжести.

Deep color. Nice tang even on older vintage.

Outstanding wine. Berries and stone. Noticable overtones of smoked meet serve as an interesting contrast to the berries. Notes of roasted root vegetables and chives mid-palate.

Smell is foul. Taste is juicy berry with the dry, tart finish

This delicious wine ferments in a giant concrete egg shaped vessel to lightly oxygenate it. It's delicious.
