Interesting Metodo Classico sparkler made of Lambrusco Marani. Ie dry Lambrusco I quess. 2019 with decorgment 11/2021, 4g/l, 5000 bottles made. Pale rose, quite fruity and rich nose with slight hint of toast. Kind of reminds of Lambrusco. On palate this has loads of red toned fruit, quite form acidity and suprisingly delicate mousse. Worked quite well with different pizzas. Don't drink too cold as it tames the fruit. I think one should wait a year to see where this goes. Lot of wine for a 10€
