2016 vintage. Overipe strawberries, blood orange, red plum, candied cranberry (though without any sweetness), some kind of can't-put-my-finger-on-it powdery florals. Definitely dry, with high acidityand great color. Birthday bubbles!

Drunk in proper fojeta, less residual sugar around 10grams. Fruity fun red fizz, enjoyable.

I have always been a fan of 'real' Lambrusco, call me odd, but I just enjoy how it pairs with cures meats and some cheesy pasta dishes. This is a frothy wine wine poured, deep purple color. A little light on the nose but nice grapes flavors, fresh blackberries and cherries on the palate. Great acidity. Sparkling wine with a mushroom cork.
