Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Ruby in color with a wide reddish/ purple rim.

Fruit nose with red candy, currants, bing cherries and chocolate notes.

Medium in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, raspberries, spices, light oak, chocolates, light earth and herbs.

Tangy finish with soft tannins and cranberries.

This is a very young Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley. Elegant and easy drinking. Fruity, tangy and engaging.

Needs a couple of years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

Good right out of the bottle and good by itself. I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

90 points.

$30.
