Really sharp right off the bat, not a very smooth finish. Punches the middle of the pallet with a high tanin ending. Had this before a couple years ago and figured I would give it a shot, still not my first or second choice. This is definitely a DGAF wine.

The color and palate is pretty authentic. Rating it requires a perspective. I commend the winemaker to be bold and explore the boundaries of Texas soil and winemaking. Well done.
