Light to medium bodied Rosé all day. But this wine can definitely hold its own and did very well with a home cooked meal of fried chicken tenders. This wine actually needed a little bit of time as it was muted immediately upon cork pop and definitely benefited from warming up to near room temp. Light pink in the glass. Strawberry and stone ground raspberry. Finished with a little bit of herbal quality. A really nice wine for a 105 degree summer day, as I'm sure we will have many of them this year. I think this wine is as close to 93 as you can get, and the price for this wine made by a rather unappreciated winemaker makes this an insane QPR.
