A seriously pretty nose on this consisting of citrus notes up top with some nice minerality also coming to the party. Honeydew melons and grapefruit get things started off with a little kumquat. Stone minerality and fresh herbs say hello.
80% Riesling and 20% Gewurtztraminer from Monterey. Very pleasing on the tongue with a nice backbone of acidity. The palate showcases nice citrus fruits as well as ginger and beeswax. A really fun white blend made in tiny batches. Loved it.
