Semi-Dry Riesling

Nose has faint petrol, decaying granite, honey (light), washed lemon peel, lime (light) and under-ripe nectarine.

Palate has grapefruit peel, peach, dried apricot, yellow apple flesh, lemon flesh with medium acidity.

A nice pairing to a spicy/smokey marinade for sous vide chicken breasts.

Surprisingly youthful! RS subsided and it had lots of "petrol" @lukewohlers

I recently tried this semi-dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes at a friend's place (who had recently visited the winery). I liked it so much I had a bottle shipped to me directly from the winery. Crisp apple, lemon, and even somewhat floral on the nose; nice acidity on the palette. This is the best Riesling I've tried from the US.

Just right, lemon peel, apricots.

Very nice Riesling that will age well. Hints of honeysuckle and lychee. Truly a delight.

Just opened this 2005 and what a treat!! From the honey yellow color to the honey nose with hints of honeysuckle on the finish a fantastic wine!!

Textbook Riesling nose. Rubbery and bright. "Semi-dry" is misleading, because if blindfolded I'd call it dry. Crazy acidity, with a tangerine-like fruit. Delicious.

Citrus and floral aromas. Delicious!
