Star bright yellow gold. Shy nose and medium bodied palate of yellow apples, honeysuckle, and a hint of white pepper. Medium acidity (low for the variety, but not for California) but still bright enough and with just enough fruit for classic white wine fare. Pork chops or roasted chicken come to mind. Drink now.

The nose has slight notes of green apple. The color is pale straw with some bubbles. There is some residual sugar, but it’s not too sweet. Good with Peruvian roast chicken. 8.3 out of 10
