Great with seafood. Starts off with tastes of butter, then pear and quickly to lemon and lime with a crisp finish with lots of mineral character. Finishes very dry.

From the northern most region in Chile--the Elqui Valley. Austere, dry, lemony and a blunt mineral character. The complete antithesis of Amontillados or Olorosos.

Initially buttery, but finishes crisp on the nose. It feels so smooth and lovely, thanks Jake Pippin!
