Of 12 bottles, 6 were premoxed. The remaining bottles were lovely. Full bodied and flavored of rich pineapple, with honeyed toast. No new oak, no full malo.

Just a killer bottle of wine. Stunning tension between deeply mineral and stony concrete crackle and the lemon pith, lemon curd, and buttery pastry brightness of a warm year's bounty. Saline juiciness makes this a mouthwatering prospect for many years to come.

‘07 vintage. PnP at about 50F. Burnt Carmel nose with slight oxidized notes. Oxidation is more pronounced on the palette. Still shows rich acid and moderate tension, but not much else. For me this is interesting but past its prime.
