One of my favorite whites of the Languedoc-Roussillon. Delicious.

A moving target of taut and focused energy counterbalanced by a mild but weighty texture. Incredibly saline despite its Mediterranean and herb-kissed accents. Sea spray, balmy yellow fruit, pear skin, white flowers, dried herb, almond and crushed stone. Singular for sure. Broiled grouper w/ broccoli rabe, garlic, calabrian chili, lemon and roasted potato was a great match

2015. Rich and ripe orchard fruits with a precision finish.

This was a.......surprise. The server said it was kinda rare and fun. He was right. It was light and very drinkable with notes of honeysuckle and crisp peaches - but with a roundness that satisfies. Corbieres/Languedoc one my faves. No wonder.

2010...tastes like something between Chablis and Vouvray. There is richness but it's quite lean and restrained. Orchard fruit and citrus mineral tones. Starting to show some development. But lots of life left in the bottle.
