Light reddish in color.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing red fruits with earth, light wood, spices, coffee and light vegetables.

This is a simple Pinot Noir from New Zealand. Soft, smooth and elegant.

Not showing much typicity, and could be from anywhere really.

Needs 30 minutes to open up properly, and remove some of the stinky notes.

12% alcohol by volume.

86 points.

$15.

Bright ruby, medium minus concentration and staining, pronounced oak influence and overnight brewed green/black teaβ˜•οΈ 🍁! Faint notes of red cherries, and blueberries. Cola! Little organic/inorganic earth, if not none. High acid, diminished tannin, moderate to moderate plus alcohol.

Clear, bright garnet purple. Nose of foresty cranberry and tea. Negligible tannins and medium plus acidity on the medium full-bodied palate that yields cranberry, peat, and weak black tea. None of the salinity I usually get from Kiwi Pinot, but a tasty New World example nonetheless. Food will be its friend. It even upped the scale of Whole Foods food court fare.

Rating based upon quality to price ratio. Nice raspberry fruit and spice, truffle and leather on the nose, good acid, lighter body but good mid-palate fruit. A little short and simple, but great value for the price. Tastes like Oregon Eola-Amity.
