Clear, bright garnet purple. Nose of foresty cranberry and tea. Negligible tannins and medium plus acidity on the medium full-bodied palate that yields cranberry, peat, and weak black tea. None of the salinity I usually get from Kiwi Pinot, but a tasty New World example nonetheless. Food will be its friend. It even upped the scale of Whole Foods food court fare.

Rating based upon quality to price ratio. Nice raspberry fruit and spice, truffle and leather on the nose, good acid, lighter body but good mid-palate fruit. A little short and simple, but great value for the price. Tastes like Oregon Eola-Amity.
