Always like mathiasson zins. This one is nice, if anything lighter than I expected. Almost no tannins, could have used a bit more. Excellent refined fruit and acid.

I bought this wine to enjoy with Branta (@Briana/@Brendan Devine) in the Hudson Valley but didn't have room for it. In true Branta fashion, I've opened the good stuff at a moment when bad stuff would have sufficed, because I only had good stuff and was too lazy to go to the store for bad stuff. Anyway, it's good! Appreciate the lighter side of red Zin.
