Wine was very tight and highly acidic on day one, kept in the fridge overnight and it opened you nicely with much more red fruit prevalent.

Maybe a poor food pairing, but this was thin and lacked depth and flavor. Subtle red fruit, but didn’t really taste like much. Our friends liked it more than I did. Not much else to comment on.

Really enjoyed this. Berries on the nose, definite fruit, but an overall savory impression. Nicely balanced with excellent acid and earth. “Only” 11.1% but does not seem underripe or anything. Enjoyable.
