Reserve Cabernet Franc

This is the Cab Franc you should be looking for. It hits under the back of the tongue with a punch of red berries. You really have to get your nose into the glass to take in all the wonderful aromas of this wine, but it’s worth it.

Red fruits with a sweet smokiness. Soft mouth feel and smooth finish. This made me a lover of Cab Franc.

Herbaceous and sharp with tight tannins out of the bottle, flavors of dehydrated strawberries, and bramble fruit balanced with earthy notes and graphite.

A well-balanced nose of earth and fruit - think overripe strawberries meets grass and graphite. Incredible tannins and notes of leather, olive, and plums. Definitely worth decanting. Only 415 cases produced from Washington’s top AVAs (Walla-Walla, Red Mountain, Royal Slope...)

The dark plum & cherry flavors dominate with a toffee finish. Yum!

This wine is deliciously savory. Notes of dried herbs and spices. I think it would pair really well with glazed pork tenderloin.

2017 Matthews Reserve Cab Franc is big and bold. Plums, black currants are dominant. The big finish keeps you wanting more. Perfect pairing with a good steak. A must have for heavy dark wine lovers. That’s me!!!

A huge nose of wet leather is the first thing I got followed by an opulent berry bomb. Dark, rich and meant for a big steak! @delectable
