2019 Matthews Rise is a lovely bottle of wine. Not just a summer Rose! This 100% Cab Franc is dark pink in color and is as impressive to the eye, as it is to taste. All year long Rose.

Nov 18th, 2019LOVE this drier Cab Franc Rosé. I cracked it open and let it sit a few hours in the fridge to get more of the crushed strawberries flavor. Love the 2018 as much as I love the 17. Drinks so easy all year round and perfect pairing with fruit desserts such as pies or strawberry cheesecake. Yum!

Jul 4th, 2019Notes of green Apple and plum. 2016 vintage I believe was actually Grenache grapes. Easy drinking with salads, white fish and chicken. Best served cold so keep your ice bucket handy. Heavier body for a rosé, potentially due to age (drinking in 2018, released in 2017).
