I forgot about it and then tasted again after it'd been open for 8 hours. The funk and spritz gone, revealing dry, clean, light bodied, delicious, petrichor and berries.

This Pinot Gamay blend is super interesting. You have the lush notes from the Gamay and finesse of the Pinto. Earthy, herbal, and a bit of sweet beet on the nose and taste.

Some barnyard (which went away with time) and a little more iron than I normally like. However with the Turkey, everything came together.
