I couldn’t find much about Mathias besides that he was born in 1990. His mom A-F Gros makes amazing wines so does his father F Parent. Mathias’s wine on the Bourgogne level seems full-bodied with chewy texture on the palate as approachable as any young Pommard wine. I’m really floored with the design of the label and quality of the wine and I see a great future in this producer. Cork still says A-F Gros but probably not for much longer.
