Hommage Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Love this wine, not overly fruity, nice subtle side of earth. However, not w/ corned beef & cabbage. Not the wine's fault!

Tense wine that has 2012 concentration of aromas and flavors but not the slightest hint of being overripe or overworked. Finishes snappy, tart. Real deal, classy Pinot.

Shut down on day 1. Much much better on day 2. Savory, still a bit shy. If you have some, put it away for a while, you'll be glad.

This has gotten so good!

World Of Wines 3/9/16

Awesome light color, great earthy aromas. Bright fruit flavors with a great rustic finish.

Didn't do it for me. Not much going on. Thin.

Sunfish cellars tasting event. Very nice. Smokey. Good Pinot color.
