👌👌 Loved it at the tasting room with pleasant hints of smokiness, but when we had the same bottle later, our impression had changed quite a bit. No longer had that nice, lingering smokiness that we had enjoyed at the tasting room. It was still good and palatable later, but it was more acidic and had a slightly shorter and more tart finish. Simply lacked that defining element which made it so unique initially.
