Chardonnay isn't typically what I go for when it comes to white, but this one might have changed me forever. It's very buttery with deep golden raisin flavor right after corking which gives such an elegant, warm vibe. But after 30min-1hr it mellows down to beautiful medium bodied fruits and flowers like edelweiss, pear, golden apples, and pineapple.

Very disapointed by this wine bought at the winery. Had it with fish for Christmas. Light aroma very blend, embarassed to serve it to my guest!
