Medium lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, with floral and citrus spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & melon with citrus zest and toasty notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice lively acidity, ending with sweet herb, citrus and mineral character. Liked ‘19 better than ‘18!

The nose has well pronounced buttery and creaminess that I am not very found of & one can find in some CA Chardonnay’s. Lemon, lime, tropical fruits, limestone, vanilla, just a touch of brown sugar with spring flowers.

The body is thick & full. The palate a touch astringent. Green apple, pineapple, lemon, lime, tropical fruits, weighty volcanic minerality, round acidity, rich finish that doesn’t sit well on my palate. I won’t be giving up my White Burgundy anytime soon for this one.

Interesting nose of hay and citrus. A bit of honeysuckle on the palate. Interesting and pleasant.

Another great Chard from Matanzas! Well balanced and flavorful on its own or with food like seafood or pasta

V16. Nice. Creme brûlée nose. Creamy, tropical and apricot fruit. Clean, soft oaky finish. Enjoyable.
