Txakoli Hondarrabi Zuri

Light and crisp, almost bubbly, not at all heavy like a Chardonnay. No hint of sweetness. Sort of like a Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc but not at all fruit forward. Could benefit from a little more flavor, but I think it’s a great summer wine for a hot night

Crisp, minerals and acidity. Great summer sipper. It’s 15 degrees, but still good!
