Mastroberardino
Radici Fiano di Avellino
Pale green/yellow. On nose one picks immediately a musky/earthy conponent that adds conplexity on top of apple, pear and lime notes. On palate the acidity frames apple, lime and pear notes before turning to mineral notes in medium+ after taste. This is great Fiano and clearly a step up from the regular botlling

Dec 27th, 2020This bottle is pretty solid. Creamy and slightly bitter on the finish. Manages to be both full and lean, which is something I think fiano can do well. Smoky and good acid. Second day it loses the smokiness and a bit of the mineral impression and starts to taste a bit vanilla sweet from oak aging.
