Azienda Agricola Vigna Rionda di Massolino Parafada 2020, Piedmont, Italy

Light reddish in color with light intensity.

Strong fruity nose, and dry on the palate.

Medium bodied with medium acidity.

Showing cherries, currants, spices, earth, light oak, chocolates and peppercorn.

Spicy finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a delicious Single Vineyard Barolo. Soft and elegant. Tangy and interesting.

Elegant and fruity. Well balanced and complex. The high alcohol is nicely integrated.

Still very young, but already very approachable, and enjoyable even by itself. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

I tried it before bottling with the wine maker. What a great experience.

Easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine, but good with food too.

100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged in large oak barrels for 18 months.

15% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$100.
