Favorite wine of the night. Brilliant w the 24 month prosciutto. The dolcetto grape has a fat perfume, spicy and a touch sweet, floral. Incredible balance on palate. Its a full-bodied structured wine which is perfect to drink now.

Um bom vinho. Média intensidade aromática, predominante de frutas vermelhas. Boa acidez, médios taninos, média persistência. Eu acho que deveria ser bebido mais jovem.

Spiced plum, chocolate bullets, dried rose, floorboards, ripe red cherries and an unusual tattoo ink / paint note. Really tight, took 3-4 hours to show some brighter fruit and floral character. Interesting to see Massolino move to the screw cap for some wines.
