This is Sauvignon blanc… and an outstanding one. This has seen a bit more oak and barrel time than their other bottlings but the fruit stands up to it. Some tropical fruit, flinty—almost Chablis echo—and with good acidity. Maybe a touch more rounded from the barrel aging. Drank over several days and held up or improved in that time.
