Sea breeze. White fruit, citrus, stones and acidity. Surprisingly long with a good mouth feel. We need to drink more from #mtetna.

Another great wine from "The Etna". Bio to boot. Perfect with swordfish. It's got the salty, mineral depth you'd expect from the DOC, but keeps a light and refreshing side that works well on long hot summer days.
