Delicious wine, 35% clairette 35% obeidi 15% Sauvignon blanc and 15% Chardonnay, an Arabic master piece, fresh, juicy, perfect acidity, lovely for middle eastern summer, great with fish, risotto, smoked salmon or even caviar.

Lemon curd, cold steel, ginger snap cookies, white peach, faint hints of roses and cotton candy in the bouquet. Delicately polished mouthfeel, nicely balanced acidity and dryness/sweetness, with fresh stone fruit, green apples, citrus, river stones, hints of dry toast and lemon pith on the finish. Really nice. Should go well with shellfish dishes

Blend of equal parts of obeïdi, rolle, clairette, sauvignon blanc, and chardonnay. Apricot, Asian pear, star fruit, peach, and chrysanthemums. A bit menthol note too. Medium body. Dry an crisp. My first white from the Lebanon.
